Car Rental Rules and Conditions

These car rental rules govern the vehicle rental conditions applicable to customers who use the services of MB “Frommita”, company code 303059188, VAT code LT100011539111, registered address: Chemijos st. 4D, LT-51344 Kaunas, on the website www.Autorental24.lt.

A reservation is considered a distance contract.

1. Reservation Procedure

We recommend reserving a vehicle in advance.

A reservation is confirmed only after you receive confirmation by email or phone.

If less than 24 hours remain before the rental start, we recommend contacting us by phone.

MB “Frommita” reserves the right to replace the selected vehicle with another vehicle of the same or higher class.

2. Required Documents

  • Valid driving licence (at least 2 years of driving experience)
  • Valid identity document (passport or ID card)
  • Driving experience – at least 2 years

If the licence was issued outside the EU, an international driving permit or a нотариally certified translation is required.

Digital copies of documents and bank cards are not accepted.

3. Payment and Deposit

The rental fee must be paid before pick-up.

Payment can be made by card, cash, or bank transfer.

Deposit: from €300 to €1000, reserved on a VISA or MASTERCARD card.

The deposit is returned within 1–2 business days after the vehicle is returned.

4. Prices

All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) per day.

  • Third-party liability insurance and CASCO
  • VAT and taxes
  • Fuel costs are not included

The vehicle is provided and must be returned with a full fuel tank.

5. Insurance

Standard insurance is included in the price. Liability may be up to €500.

Optional additional coverage:

  • Partial coverage
  • Full coverage
  • Roadside assistance
  • Tire and glass coverage

6. Additional Services

  • GPS navigation – €6 / day
  • Child seat – €5 / day
  • Booster seat – €3 / day

7. Vehicle Pick-up and Return

Vehicles can be delivered at Kaunas, Vilnius, and Palanga airports or within the cities.

A €20 fee applies outside working hours.

8. Border Crossing

Trips abroad are possible only with prior permission.

Without permission – a fine of up to €500.

9. Fines and Liability

  • Smoking inside the vehicle
  • Transporting animals
  • Driving under the influence
  • Traffic violations
  • Theft or serious damage

10. Reservation Cancellation

A reservation can be cancelled free of charge until the specified deadline. After that, the fee may be non-refundable.

11. Complaint Handling

Complaints are accepted by email at info@Autorental24.lt or by phone.

A response is provided within 3–7 calendar days.
